The Woodstock Top Quality Builders Warriors have added Luka Okleba to their roster for the 2026-2027 season. The 2009 defenseman played for the CSKA Moscow U18 program last season. “Luka is a mobile defenseman that has strong work ethic and played for one of the top programs in Russia last year. We are looking froward to working with Luka this year, ” commented Head Coach Jason Tatarnic.
